The 35th Live Lecture of JCBP: Diagnosis and Treatment of Anxiety Disorders
The Journal of Clinical and Basic Psychosomatics will hold this live lecture titled "Diagnosis and Treatment of Anxiety Disorders" on Tencent Meeting platform at 20:00 on December 29, 2025 (GMT+08:00).
In the fast-paced modern life, anxiety is prevalent. How can we distinguish between normal emotional fluctuations and "anxiety disorders" that require professional intervention? Should we opt for self-adjustment or seek medical assistance?
Clinically, anxiety disorders are common mental and psychological issues, yet they are often overlooked or misunderstood. This lecture will cover the core symptoms of anxiety disorders, their clinical classifications (such as generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, etc.), and standardized diagnostic criteria. It will focus on explaining evidence-based treatment methods, including the selection of pharmacological treatments and key techniques in psychotherapy (such as cognitive-behavioral therapy). The content aims to help the audience scientifically identify anxiety disorders, understand effective intervention pathways, and promote early diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation.
We are honored to have invited Dr. Hongju Zhang, a chief physician and licensed psychotherapist from the Clinical Medical College of Zhengzhou University (Henan Provincial People's Hospital), as the keynote speaker for this conference. Additionally, Professor Haiqin Wu, a renowned doctor and teacher at the Medical School of Xi'an Jiaotong University, a first-class chief physician/professor, and a master's supervisor, will serve as the moderator. We sincerely welcome scholars from all fields to actively participate in this academic live-streamed lecture.
