JCTR started to use the self-developed Online Submission System (OSS).
JCTR moved to the AccScience Publishing Platform. This move promises further advancements in digital accessibility and publishing infrastructure.

An International Journal: Journal of Clinical and Translational Research(JCTR) was founded. The inaugural issue was released. JCTR was published as a bimonthly journal.
