The Journal of Clinical and Basic Psychosomatics will hold this live lecture titled "The Overlooked "Emotional Cliff" – Clinical Identification and Integrated Intervention for Anxiety, Depression, and Insomnia during Menopause" on Tencent Meeting platform at 20:00 on March 24, 2026 (GMT+08:00).

During menopause (perimenopause and early postmenopause), the dramatic fluctuations and decline in estrogen levels can easily trigger abrupt emotional changes, manifesting as a vicious cycle of anxiety, depression, and insomnia. This condition is often misdiagnosed as purely a psychiatric issue or a physical illness, necessitating precise clinical identification and the adoption of integrated intervention strategies.
