Integrative Chinese and Western medicine, which leverages the strengths of both traditional Chinese and Western medicine, stands as one of the optimal intervention models for the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of psychosomatic diseases. This special issue sincerely invites original research papers, reviews and clinical reports, focusing on the efficacy, limitations and evolving challenges of traditional Chinese medicine, Western medicine and integrative medical interventions in the field of psychosomatic medicine. Accepted topics include clinical outcomes, patient engagement, technical barriers, ethical considerations, and innovative achievements in digital mental health. This issue aims to highlight the potential and complexity of integrative Chinese and Western medicine in the prevention and treatment of psychosomatic diseases.
