Special Issue Information

Traditional chemoradiotherapy faces challenges, such as considerable toxicity and varying treatment efficacy. However, the emergence of precision medicine—encompassing molecular profiling, artificial intelligence, and radiogenomics—offers new opportunities to personalize and enhance treatment outcomes, addressing these limitations.

This special issue invites contributions on innovative strategies and technologies that advance personalized chemoradiotherapy. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, biomarker-guided therapy, combinations with immunotherapy, AI-based planning, and functional imaging. We are looking for high-quality research and reviews that demonstrate how precision medicine can improve the safety and effectiveness of chemoradiotherapy.
