Assoc. Prof. Dr hab. Eng. Sebastian Saniuk is employed as a professor at the University of Zielona Góra (Poland).
Since 2015 he is a member of the Production Engineering Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
His research interests include issues related to production management, industrial engineering and logistics, sustainable development, corporate social responsibility, particularly planning and control of production flow and modelling of production networks of small and medium enterprises, rapid prototyping, CSR in SME's. The results of his research have been presented in over 270 national and international scientific publications including journals, monographs and conference proceedings of national and international conferences indexed in Web of Science and Scopus database (in countries including: China, Turkey, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Croatia and Germany).
During his career, he has conducted research under several grants awarded and funded by the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education, The National Centre for Research and Development and the European Union. H-index=17 (WoS), h-Index=18 (Scopus).

Kirk Chang is a university professor of human resource management and technovation. Professor Chang is a media commentator and has published book chapters, commissioned reports, international conference papers and peer-reviewed journal articles. He investigates issues of personnel management and scrutinises the implications of new technologies on employee behaviour, group dynamics, competitive advantage and organisational performance.
He has accumulated career experiences from reputable institutions; including the positions of Professor (University of East London, UK; Salford University, UK; University of Sharjah, UAE), Reader (Oxford Brookes University, UK), Senior Lecturer (Cumbria University, UK), Postdoc Research Fellow (Southampton University, UK) and Assistant Professor (Kaohsiung Medical University, TW).
Professor Chang also acts as an external programme examiner, PhD examiner, and programme accreditor for both UK and overseas Higher Education. Professor Chang has assisted numerous organisations in employee training, community engagement, consultancy projects and HR-oriented research collaboration. He is a Chartered Scientist (CSci, UK), Chartered Psychologist (CPsychol, UK) and has received prestigious fellowships of the Royal Society, the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, the British Psychological Society, and the Higher Education Academy.
Professor Chang is committed to widening and continuing access to education through community engagement and business consultancy. He is keen to facilitate the human capital development in SMEs and MNEs – from shoe manufacturing, to the semiconductor industry and those pioneering world-leading science. Professor Chang also has a long-standing commitment to both the Chinese Telecom Industry and the Chinese Academy of Personnel Science, supporting their personnel recruitment and performance bonus management system through the application of artificial intelligence.

I completed my DBA at the University of Huddersfield in 2021 with a thesis titled 'Academics and the Psychological Contract: The formation and manifestation of the Psychological Contract within the academic role'. Before this, I graduated from the University of Central Lancashire with a BA(Hons) in Economics with Accounting, before completing a PgCert in Education Management (University of Liverpool), Certificate in Education (University of Central Lancashire) and MA in Professional Development (University of Huddersfield).
I have over thirty years of experience teaching and managing within the Higher Education and Further Education Sectors, previously working at Liverpool John Moores University, Liverpool Hope University, Edge Hill University, and the University of Chester, as well as four Further Education Colleges (York College, Warrington Collegiate, Hugh Baird College and Wigan & Leigh College).
I have held strategic and operational responsibility for large teams of staff and substantial budgets within two Further Education Colleges. I am experienced in human resource development, performance management, recruitment and selection, and manpower planning. I have previously held Subject Director and Head of Programme posts within York Business School, and have had responsibility for partnership development and management with several of our overseas partners.
At present, I primarily teach on the Chartered Manager Degree Apprentice programme developing the managers of now and the future. I also supervise several Postgraduate Research students undertaking their doctorates.

Roya Anvari has a postdoctoral in strategic management at Isfahan University under the National Elites Foundation of Iran and another postdoctoral in human resource management at the Universiti of Teknologi Malaysia (UTM, Malaysia). Moreover, doctorate degree in strategic management at UTM. She joined UTM at the department of human resource development, faculty of management. She is a recipient of the best PhD student and chancellor award from UTM. She has been visiting professor in Azerbaijan University (Baku) and Kaunas University of Technology (KTU, Lithuania). Also, published 6 research books and author of journal papers and publications in international conference proceedings indexed by the Web of Science. She supervised research in the field of management. She has been involved in many collaborative research projects financed by various instances including the GUP and IRGS. She is promoted to the rank of full professor position from April 2023.

Dr. Shankar Chelliah is currently affiliates with Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), based in Penang, Malaysia. Currently positioned in the section of International Business and teaching subjects relating to cross cultural management, international human resources management, and international business management.
